When someone we know has lost a loved one, it's often hard to know what to do and say. This video provides a simple message which we hope you will find useful.
 

And the following video tells us about what normally happens when someone is dying - a process, just like being born, that our bodies go through quite naturally - to help us not avoid conversations about the subject.
